However, once you need to ride uphill or use the bike all day, that power may no longer be enough, especially for a beginner. The 750W motor in the DUOTTS C29 is more than capable of handling the roads of Buda, but it is also suitable for a longer, literally all-day cycling trip around Lake Balaton. The hidden P-menu of the DUOTTS C29 electric bicycle includes several useful settings that allow you to personalise the display and the behaviour of the pedal assistance system. The most important options include adjusting the display brightness (P01), choosing between kilometres and miles (P02), setting the automatic power-off time (P04), and modifying the speed limit (P08). You can also fine-tune Zero Start, the sensitivity of the pedal assistance, and the strength of the initial acceleration assistance.

The settings menu can be accessed by pressing and holding the “+” and “–” buttons on the display at the same time. By using the P-menu correctly, I was able to configure the DUOTTS C29 to be more comfortable, safer and better suited to my own needs.

Considering both its full purchase price and rental price, there is very little to criticise, because the product was designed precisely for this type of use. As mentioned earlier, the 750W motor can take us almost anywhere, while the large battery capacity gives the DUOTTS C29 enough endurance for a full day of work. Az elmúlt 5-6 évben rengeteg elektromos bringát próbáltam, használtam hosszabb ideig, azonban a DUOTTS C29 még így is meg tudott lepni pozitív értelemben. Őszintén, nem is csodálom, hogy szinte minden egyes futár ezt a márkát használja, mert ez egy jó, strapabíró kétkerekű, tökéletes szerviz háttérrel, akár assistance támogatással, arról nem is beszélve, hogy megvásárolni sem kell adott esetben, hanem bérelhető is!

Ennek az  elektromos bringának előnye pont az, amire sokan nem is gondolnak, sokrétű felhasználhatóság, és az, hogy szinte minden utcasarkon találkozunk vele. Tehát a szervizek nem széttárt karokkal nézik, az egyszerű, olcsó felépítés, átlagos váltó és a végletekig terhelhető motor konkrétan tökéletes a futárkodáshoz. A 15Ah-s akkumulátor a könnyű felépítésnek hála pedig brutális, akár 80-100km-es hatótávot tesz lehetővé. Ez tapasztalatból is annyit tesz, hogy minimális erőfeszítéssel 25km/h rásegítéssel simán produkálja a 80km-t, ami elképesztő.

Elmondható, hogy egyszeri töltéssel egy egész munkanapot kibírt alattunk a bringa, ami ennyi pénzért ajándék.

Én technikailag nem értek a bringákhoz, viszont annál többet tudok mondani a használhatóságról. Ez egy munkaeszköz, és annak is használják az emberek. Ezért van, hogy specifikus szerviz is van hozzá Budapesten, ahol rövid idő alatt már újra használhatjuk. Mindig van hozzá alkatrész, akár 5000-8000km-t is simán eltekerünk vele anélkül, hogy nagyobb szervizzel kéne foglalkozunk. Ahogy már említettem, ez egy igásló.

Ahogy a taxiknál, úgy a futárkodásnál is van egy ideális bringa, ami jelenleg kérdés nélkül a DUOTTS C29.

Nem azt mondom, hogy hibátlan, mert nyilván a kedvezményes árnak van olyan hátránya, hogy kevésbé kényelmes, esetleg gyorsabban megadja magát egy-egy alkatrész, de ebben az árban ekkora erőt és ekkora hatótávot egyszerűen nem kapunk.

A kerékpár egyébként egy teljesen átlagos szoftverrel van felépítve. Ugyan van hozzá alkalmazás, de nem mondanám értékesnek 😉 az olyan csak, hogy legyen. Az elektromos rásegítés terén 5 fokozattal rendelkezünk, ebből átlagosan az első kettőt fogjuk használni. Az első fokozatnál 20km/h-ig segít rá, a másodiknál ez már picivel 25km/h fölött van. A többi opció leginkább arra jó, hogy még több W-ot adjunk az adott emelkedős szakaszra. Az első és hátsó váltó kombinációja széles áttételtartományt és finom áttétellépcsőzést biztosít, ezért szinte minden sebesség- és terepviszonyhoz található optimális fokozat, amelyben a kerékpáros és az elektromos rásegítés is hatékonyan együtt dolgozik. Ez azért is fontos, hogy spórolósabban használhassuk a mindennapokban.

A DUOTTS C29 elektromos kerékpár rejtett P-menüjében számos olyan, hasznos beállítás érhető el, amelyekkel személyre szabhatjuk a kijelző működését és a rásegítés viselkedését. A legfontosabb opciók közé tartozik a kijelző fényerejének állítása (P01), a kilométer vagy mérföld mértékegység kiválasztása (P02), az automatikus kikapcsolási idő beállítása (P04), valamint a sebességkorlátozás módosítása (P08).
